1. About these terms

By using logophiladelphia.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Logo Design Philadelphia, a brand managed by Logo In Hours LLC. “You” refers to the website visitor or client.

2. Online and remote services

Our logo design, graphic design, branding and website design services may be ordered, discussed, reviewed and delivered online. Communication may take place by phone, email, text message, online forms, electronic file transfer and remote consultation. You do not need to visit a physical office to receive our services.

3. Service inquiries

Submitting a form, calling or texting us is a request for information or a quote. It does not create a contract. A project begins once the scope and price have been confirmed with you.

4. Estimates, quotations and project scope

Prices shown on this website, such as typical website price ranges, are general guidance. The final price depends on the confirmed scope, including the number of concepts, pages, content, features and revisions. Work requested outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately before it is started.

5. Approvals and payment

For logo projects there is no upfront charge: we share concepts before payment is requested, and payment is due when you approve the final design, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Other services, such as websites, may follow a payment schedule confirmed in your quote or invoice. Final files are delivered once payment obligations for the project are met.

6. Revisions

Revisions are included to refine an approved direction within the agreed scope. A completely new direction, a change of business name after approval, or significant new requirements may be treated as additional work, and we will tell you before any extra cost applies.

7. Client-supplied content

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for having the right to use any text, images, logos, AI-generated artwork, fonts or other materials you send us. We may decline work that appears to infringe someone else’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

Once a project is approved and paid in full, you own the final approved artwork we created for you, except for third-party elements such as licensed fonts, stock images or software, which remain subject to their own licenses. Unused concepts and our working files remain ours unless agreed otherwise. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. We do not provide trademark searches or legal advice; please consult a trademark attorney before filing.

9. Delivery of final files

Final files are delivered electronically. Please keep your own backup copies; we are not obligated to store your files indefinitely.

10. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, WordPress plugins, fonts, AI tools or printers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes.

11. Website availability and acceptable use

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting spam or malicious content, scraping content in bulk, or using forms to send false information.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
